gauging interest in an XD

XD .40 will be my next handgun

My interest is a little low, not sure why all the hype around them? My buddy bought one and says its the best gun he ever shot, he has owned 2 handguns......... Is it like the iPad? Folks buy it and will never say anything negative because it would be admitting an expensive mistake?

What's the story?

I own several handguns and my xd is my favorite one to shoot. It is very accurate and simple to use. Also mine came with five magazines when I bought it. I think they're worth every cent.

What caliber is it and how much would you be looking to get for it?

its a .45 only put 3 rounds through it during gator season couple years ago

I love my XDM 9mm, something about having 19 rds in a pistol and it is extremely accurate

How much???$ I thought you meant you were looking to buy one...
