cell issue

Message on the screen of my cell phone reads, "Insert SIM Card". Obviously, I cannot use the phone and cannot seem to solve this problem. My daughter took the card out 4 seperate times and, after re-inserting it, I get the same thing. Any ideas from you communication experts?

You will have to call customer service or go to a store. They will give you a new sim card

Here is something you can try.........

If that card has several small metal strips that "make" the connection to the phone, try this....

Take a pencil eraser and use the eraser to remove any "dirt" that maybe on the contacts. This should clean up the metal and it might get it to working again.

OR....it could be that the card is bad.
