Driveway material
What's a good, inexpensive material to fill pot holes in a driveway in the sulphur area? I have a long driveway and need quite a bit of something. I was thinking of bottom ash? Any suggestions?

not sure, around lake charles they should have someone crushing concrete around that area with all the road work going on. you may have to give a trucking company and see where they get it from. or someone on here knows.

Check with port aggregates on the crushed concrete. Bottom ash will pretty much just wash out of the potholes.

yeah port aggregates has a new concrete crusher and crew. They have plenty getting crushed right now at the lake charles yard.

Find a local cement mixing plant and check with them and see if they have any cement wash. Most of them use to give it away but now they charge for it but it does work great for drivways but you may have a few big chunks of cement you have to bust up.
