Shell Beach Report
 

Good day on the Beach today. After a stop by Campo’s for bait I picked up Jim Walther, Gram, and Darrel from Jim’s camp. We had a light SW wind and a good falling tide. We started out in LakeBorgne and got on a couple good Trout bites working along the shore with live shrimp under a cork. There were plenty throwbacks mixed in at first. With a move to another section of the shore we got on some better Trout. They were eating up pretty good then all of a sudden shut off. Our next move was into the Biloxi Marsh where we finished off our limits and headed in. Fun day with some great guys and a nice box filled with 100 Trout, 3 Reds, and 1 Drum.

The fishing in ShellBeach is outstanding and the fall fishing is on fire. The next three months will be some of the best fishing of the year.

awesome catch man looks like a blast

was just at shell beach last weekend. the weather didn't cooperate but we still caught fish. that is a nice catch there them trout sure are some good eating.

I am thinking about making a trip Sunday. Thinking about trying out Hopedale Lagoon. It looked like it wasn't too long of a boat ride from the Marina. I am only thinking because the weather but I am almost certainly going.

I'll buy the gas!!!
