If this is the case, it would be in a scientific published journal. I followed the source from your article, and it was published in 2011. If this method truly was the cure for cancer, we would have heard about it long ago.

I figured it was fake, it just got me thinking about the whole patent thing. Seems like something that would actually happen nowadays

Not saying its fake, but its the internet. If it doesn't have published scientific proof with true numbers, hard to take seriously.

There are some pretty sick people in this world though. Like mcjared said, if it isn't a published and recognized scientific paper with studies to prove it, it's very hard to take seriously.
