Bass and Red Fish Slam 7-22-12

It was great to get back on the water today after having to cancel 13 boats from Thurs night - Sat morning due to the bad weather. With storms and lighting all around us, it just was not safe to take our customers out. Today Robert & Jodi Leblanc, and Ryan & Al Versen fished with me. Knowing the water offshore would be dirty we chose to target bass and reds. Our first stop had the bass coming in the boat one after another with a few reds mixed in. With the box full of bass, we left them biting to chase the reds. It didn't take long to have everyone in the boat with bent rods with line stripping reds. Everyone had a blast reeling in the hefty brutes. It was a pleasure fishing with my crew today as everyone had a real fun time. Thank you guys,and I look forward to your return.
