I can't believe the Supremes voted to allow private industry to require the citizens of the United States to purchase something or be penilized by the federal gov't. Judge Roberts said it passed muster because it is a tax but the citizens were told it wasn't a TAX. Now, you know why the ACA has in it the addition of 15,000 New IRS agents for enforcement.:pissed:

How do you tax someone who isn't paying taxes anyway?

Judge Roberts fell on his head! Everyone was worried about Kennedy and look what this guy does! Unbelievable! Our constitution is eroding faster than the marsh in Louisiana! The last front line against the imposition of the federal government is the states and the 10th Amendment. Best pay attention to who we elect in state government along these lines fellows.

Poor people have zero money to buy health ins. ... You can't tax them because they don't pay taxes

O forgot , now we the working class pick up another tax for the lazy and poor and also pick up there Health ins plus ours


So if your working you will adopt a few extra family in 2014 so make sure you find some SS numbers to add them to your taxes

So if i own a small company that right now pays or partial pays for my employees health insurance . I can now get off cheaper by saying screw my employees. Cancel the insurance, put them on the govt dole (which is what this whole thing is meant to do ) and pay the fine of $750 per employee per year .

Our freedom's just died today. What's next? Tax us for not driving an electric car, converting our houses to solar energy, eating sugar (O wait, some places are already trying that), or owning a firearm!!!! When will this infringement on our rights end? I know basically all politicians are the same, but Republican's are more in line with TRUE Americans (people who contribute to society). Liberals scream that the GOP is for businesses only, but who makes this country work? I know if a "business" didn't give us jobs, then how will we pay taxes? You can't!!! Without "business" there would be no America. Remember that freeloaders! Next time you blame your problems on the business man, remember without him there would be no taxes and no lobster dinner on your LA Purchase card! YOU'RE WELCOME!!!!

Yes it will be cheaper for your company to take the Government fines and make u buy government healthcare

YEP, 40% of my income is from health insurance. If my clients decide to drop their group health policies, I will effectively be out of business.
