I just got a few bags to try. I can't wait till sun to see what's up.

So where can you get skulldraggerz? I've just started using gulp and they are some soft baits and after a few fish, they're done. Not happy for the price you pay for them.

Only one boat pay out. And one fish won it. We caught lots of fish. Couldn't put one in the slot. Gave it he double hockeysticks tho.

No sir we didn't catch one in the slot! Caught some under and that one 34 incher I caught. I think 5.8lbs won it.

I tried to register at the marina. I showed up with my 8 year old son and my 9 year old daughter. They said 2 people per boat period. I offered to pay for three entries or just not weigh any fish caught by the unregistered kid. They said no go. So we went to Sabine pass and fished the jetties. We caught some nice specks. I'll post some pics when the ole lady emails them to me later. I was lookin forward to meeting yall. Maybe next time.

Did yall make it in before that weather came in? The fish started biting almost every cast, and I had just got broken off by a nice red right at the boat. When I was retying, I looked at the rigs in the distance to the east that were my reference, and they were gone! We hauled butt back to the ramp and beat the wind and rain by 5 minutes. I hung around the ramp for a little longer and helped a couple of dudes that waited a little too long. It got pretty hairy out there pretty quick yesterday.

Sounds like you still had a good trip. We will be fishing it next Thursday as well. Maybe we can meet up then.
