I know there are a few posts on fishing the surf in Gulf Shores...what was the total for the licsense cost for LA resident??

I fished out of orange beach two years ago and for LA residents it was around $80.00. If you are from any other state it was around $45.00. Doesn't make sense but it's Alabama enough said.
