Fezzo's in Crowley or Scott. Both right off I-10, if you go to the one in Scott hit up Don's Specialty Meats for some cracklins.

Crawfish Town north of the Henderson/Cecilia exit. There boiled crabs are very good.

Steamboat Bill's in Lake Charles for seafood. I reccomend the house potato. Al Roker said this was the best food he ate in his life on the Today show one morning lol

Ate at Riverside Inn in Lafayette this past Friday night and the oyster rockefeller was the best I can remember eating other than Randolfs in Golden Meadow(:()

Cafe des Amis in Breaux Bridge is awesome too

Landrys (I think) north of Henderson exit is great also

x2, or if you are coming thru Lafayette on a Sunday morning, go to Blue Dog Cafe, a little pricey but great brunch and free mimosas:)

Steamboat Bill's is located on the north side of I-10 about a 1/2 mile east of the tall bridge [Calcasieu river].

They have very good Poboys also.

If I was going out to eat for crabs in lake charles I would go to seafood palace on enterprise blvd. they always have nice number 1 crabs and they are always full. In the Lafayette area fezzos and riverside inn are pretty good for a variety of seafood. I'm a big fan of the crawfish festival at fezzos

If you are going down hwy 90 instead of I-10, hit Richards in Abbeville for boiled seafood( only open at night, 530- till), the French Loaf in Houma for poboys, Spahr's in Des Allemands has good seafood, Moscas Italian restaurant right before Avondale( also only open at night)

Riverside Inn, flounder extravaganza & oyster en brochette. Also the house salad is loaded with seafood.

Another vote for riverside inn. My favorite restaurant in Lafayette

Seafood Palace in Lake Charles (Enterprise Blvd) is the one place I make sure to hit every time I am in town. It used to be called Crab Palace back in the day.
