Have a "good" friend i grew up/played sports with who just turned pro in boxing. He is from Lake Charles and went to school here til graduation. He is currently 1 & 0 pro, and honestly I've never seen him loose a fight growing up. Funny thing is this fella is very humble and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. So when all the "bandwagooneers" ;) are done with Josh Ledet :rotfl: maybe we can follow another Lake Area Prodigy as he climbs through the middleweight division of Pro Boxing. He punches like Mike Tyson with his Torso..has very heavy hands, and speed of a lightweight.

Sam Young is an up and coming boxer and mixed martial artist. The son of a U.S. Army Welterweight Boxing Champion, Sam was groomed to be a competitive fighter from the age of 5. He is a 4-time Golden Gloves Amateur Boxing Champion. Sam is also a very experienced martial artist who holds a 2nd Dan black belt in Olympic-style (***) Taekwondo and a 1st Dan black belt in Hapkido. Sam has over 300 taekwondo bouts and is a feared and respected competitor. Sam was a 2-time U.S. Open Champion, a 3-time Junior Olympic Champion, and a candidate for the 1996 U.S. Pam-American Games.

I seen that movie and this is the 2nd time Superbug brings it up in less than a week, I didn't chuckle at Superbug but I did chuckle the 20 + times I've watched coming to America.
