Lower Dularge On Fire!

Dularge Trout & Reds

Another very good day of fishing on Friday with Seacor Marine. Got an early start with Clayton Breaux,Poochie Sutton, and Ruben Thomas on the big Blazer Bay. We covered a lot of water on Friday as our trip didn't quite go as we expected. Our first stop yielded only 18 trout as the conditions had changed overnight. Plan B was put into effect & we headed to the redfish hole. We hooked up with some nice reds adding 8 fish to the box. Back on the trout trail as the crew was relentless in their search for the yellowmouths. After making 3-4 more stops we finally got on the fish late in the trip. We had the trout eating up on double rigs 2 at a time and swim baits were working their magic too. Never say die as we will always find fish somewhere in lower Dularge even on tough days. 80 trout and 8 reds was the final tally and everyone had a blast doing the DU! Good luck fishing.
