Sarasota Venice beach southwest Florida guides
 

Going to Sarasota fl the last week of June and looking to catch tarpon and snook. Anyone have any captain recommendations for this area. Would be fine if its farther south. Just want make sure and get a good trip in

Not sure where exactly Sarasota is, but I have a friend who guides around Captiva, san abel area.

Monster snook, ling, and tarpon.

I'll check it out. It is south of Tampa by venice beach.

check that....will be in Bradenton...so will be fishing the tampa bay area. Surely someone on here or lurking is from the florida area and can chime in on a good tarpon guide. There's a ton of guides over there and i have no clue who the legit guides are. All this research is giving me a headache...want to go with someone who is going to give me my best shot at landing one.

What are the dates you are going?? We will be down there for our twisted offshore race boat. Huge race down there that week. You should come check us out.

Count me in...I'll come by and check it out. We will actually be there on July 1st...well, leaving. I wasn't considering June ended on the 30 not 31st. What time do the races start? I'll take a look at the website....thanks for the info.
