My father in law will be having surgery on his knee this afternoon. Hoping for a quick recovery!

From someone who has had nine knee surgeries, he has every bit of my empathy. - Just let him know that the rehab never ends...he's going to have to continue doing moving and strengthening exercises to stay mobile. - Wish him my best

Tell him once the wound heals that wading in the surf is GREAT rehab!!!

Hopefully I can get him out there sooner than later. We were planning to go hit the surf 1st weekend in May before he hurt himself.
FYI - surgery went good. The Doc cleaned up his knee w/ the scope. He had a little infection too that hopefully was cleaned out. He's in recovery as I type this. It'll be a challenging recovery as you can imagine. Many thanks for all the thoughts and prayers SC brethren. |
