Homeade remote control dummy launcher

3 Attachment(s)
After seeing Raymonds fancy launcher and a buddy saying i couldnt build one, I've built one. Just waiting one my wireless transmitter and reciever. Will be able to launch from 500 yds and throughs a dummy around 25' long x 15' high. I'm thinking it will launch a dead duck as well but not sure how far. I'll post a youtube video when i get the wireless working.

correct, actually I will have 3 of these for future training so I will be able to launch 9 bumpers at different times, also forgot to mention that each one will have a buzzer for getting the dogs attention for a better mark

My Dummy is 14. Named Jacob. He's about 100lb. I'd like yo launch him into next week, hopefully his attitude will be better then......will this contraption work?

Shawn Braquet 03-17-2012 07:47 PM

Wireless controls came in today, should be working by next week

adamsfence 03-20-2012 08:32 PM

Where is the video of this thing in action?

Shawn Braquet 03-20-2012 09:09 PM

I have had a slight set back that will hopefully be resolved this weekend, trust me I'm just as eager to get it going as I have no bird boy when I train by myself

Ducktrickster 05-26-2012 12:15 PM

Still no video?

All I can say is my dog is a beast, training him to retrieve gators for September, never recorded it in action since I bought 3 max 5000s and been using them. When I get back from vacation I'll make a video.
