Yes outdoor is better. Indoors is only 2 months. Outdoors is from march to September. So I have more time to work on technique

Man I found out a few days ago that my lil 11 year old daughter tried out for track and made it. Today was her first practice and they decided to put her on the long jump. She jumped the farthest out of all the boys and girls! 10'8" What age did you start this? I didn't know they had track in elementary. She is pumped!
