25-30mph winds today made for some tough conditions to fish in. My good friend Robin Richerson and I were not going to let the wind stop us!!! Our first trout hit the deck well before daylight. No fast and furious action but our persistence paid off with a decent box of nice fish. I was testing out a new swimbait today and it passed with flying colors, as the fish ate it up!! The one and only bait I fished with today caught trout, reds, and flounder. Thanks Robin for the exceptional company today.
