Speaking of oysters . . .
 
Texas is in "Red Tide" lockdown as far as oysters are concerned . . . I'm told that all oysters consumed here are from Louisiana . . . I'm wondering what a gallon is going for these days where you are . . . I might have to make a road trip . . .
