Apple pie shine.

This recipe used some really smooth shine, but you can use good vodka or rum.
1. granny smith apple, cored and quartered.
1. red delicious apple , cored and quartered
1. cup raisins
1. cup dark brown sugar
3. cinnamon sticks
1 qt. of your favorite alcohol.
add all items to a gallon jar.
pour in the alcohol.
put the top on and shake to dissolve the sugar.
shake twice a day for 3 days.
on forth day remove the cinnamon sticks.
shake once a day for 2 weeks.
after 2 weeks strain and enjoy.
This is great over ice 0r w/ just a touch of tonic water
