Very Much So!!! If the constitution and federal law says that it is legal. State law can not trump federal law.

OMG!! If he goes to jail that judge, lawyer and everyone against him needs to be shot! How can videotaping be so serious!? Even if the cops was doings something wrong, the poor guy shouldn't be arrested he should be thanked!! This ****ing country is ridiculous
