We stayed at Big Lake Guest house ( Rachels Place ) last week and I'd recomend it to anybody, first class operation clean, Quite, at a good price. My wife and I were blown away when we opened the door, also very well located on the lake. We had a blast and planing on visiting again in Nov.

MicroTell on Lake St is where I have my guest stay since it is so close to B/L. The LaKINTA on Prien Lake rd is also open, avoid Inn ON Da Bayou (flop house). The problem with every motel now is there is very little parking, especially if you have a boat. If you stay at the Micro I can hook you up with a place to park your boat across the street, my office is only a few doors down. Let me know with a PM or call me 337-288-5685.

That new Laquinta is higher than giraffe pu$$y..

Must be because of its proximity to the kasino whos rates go up to $300 a night Fri-Sun.

I live 1 block to the south of the Laquinta and we had a bunch of friends who stayed there. It was like $144/night and they didn't give them any discounts for renting 20 rooms.

I am off work for 3 weeks in October.
Get a rain suit and lets go fishing...

I would stay around Heberts or Spicers. They are right in the middle of the lake and you can get to almost anywhere pretty quick.
