Started the day at T-Butte. Water not good. Went to Caldwell about 7am. could have loaded the boat with sand trout. Water pretty in the pass. Wind laid to nothing about 9:30. Headed to Dry reef. water great. Anything light. White/red, white/chart., glow chart. the specs didn't have much size, 12&1/2 to 13 but it good to see they were in the bay.

went last sunday to the pass, out going tide, caught at least 100 sand trout and specks weeded out and keep 32 specks and 5 sand trout.had to measure at least 90% of specks . all caught on DOA under cork 3 feet deep.

Great catch. Those 12-13" trout are the best eating IMO. Thanks for the report

Go out the pass to tiger shoals and you will see the size trout v-bay is known for

go a little futher (233) and hold on (STAR TROUT) .Unless they get in the bay then all bets are off.
