Internet SUCKS today. It was down most of the day yesterday and is slow as dial up today.

Don't realize how spoiled we are I guess, but I am paying for this crap.

That is not good news.........I am fixin to get hooked up to them soon.

Paul.....do you have "slow" service today?

Entergy was working in DT LC yesterday on the power grid. When the power came back up Time Warner Telecom experienced some power issues at their site in DT LC and their equipment went down. Our main connection to the Internet goes through TWT's LC office. They were back up and everything was working by around 4:00PM yesterday. We tested all of our routers and none were experiencing any speed issues. If you are still having issues, PM me your phone number and I will look at your line and see if there is anything wrong.

Our Moss Bluff Internet connection goes out a different carrier and does not use TWT. This is the first time in a very long time that we have had a wide spread Internet outage. Sometimes it just happens and we work to resolve the problem as quickly as we can. In yesterday's case, we had to rely on TWT to get their equipment back up and working.

Most times the sevice is great. If there is an issue they have always been quick to fix it.
