BBQ Restaurant
What are some of your favorite bbq restaurants? Can be anywhere in the country. I have always wanted to own my own restaurant and am looking to go on a tour of Texas or anywhere and try different places and get as much knowledge as possible. I'm tired of working for other people. Let's hear your favorites!

The shed hands down
|
I went to the shed in Ocean Springs and it was terrible. Everything was drowning in sauce. Bbq is not ment to have sauce at all. But if you must it should compliment the meat. Not cover it.

The one in scott was unbelivable when we went
