Best spotlight ???
My ol' 400,000 cp Q-Beam has been rebuilt for the last time and I am looking for a replacement... We stopped at BPS today and all I could find were the rechargeable units, which I was skeptical about... The cordless LED lights looked nice, but I would like something that will run off of 12v DC...
Any recommendations would be appreciated.... Thanks, Hydro |
Brinkman makes a good corded 1 mill triggerpull style light. I have one going on 8 yrs old. Its been to hell and back submerged in saltwater 3 times It can be used intermitently, or continously. I bought 2 more last summer just incase mine craps out. throws a good long beam also.

i have one thats been on the floor of the bay boat for about 2 years now and it still works beleive it or not. Got it at academy for 30 bucks i think.

The hard hat sealed beam lights are hard to beat. Still leave both hands free. I'm pretty Tiger Island Hardware in Morgan City and Songy's in Houma has them for sale.

Thanks for the comments guys, sounds like I need to hit Wallyworld and Academy... I sure would have figured that BPS would have had more to offer, but obviously didnt...
