Alright so we got the favorite drink thread..now its time for the favorite Cooks thread..

Mines Blackend Mahi Mahi with a shrimp and crab creame sauce over a bed of Penne' Pasta with a ice cold Bud Light to wash it down..

Smoked chicken noodle soup when the temp gets a little lower. Ribeyes and mushrooms the rest of the year.

Bacon wrapped backstrap stuffed with cream cheese and a jalpanos on the pit........:eek::eek::eek: or some good ol' hot wings on the pit......just my personal favorite.

fresh yellow fin tuna marinated in alittle soy/ ponzu sauce seared on the grill with for marinated avacadoes in ponzus sauce . or the regular sunday deal "underpants, couch, tv and some FRIED TROUT day"

some sirloin, smoked sausage, green onions, bell peppers sweet onions, slap ya mamma, with some tasso for good measure. add some brown sugar half way through and let it cook, but some bushes brown sugar beans on with some allens italian cut green beans

brought some trout to mah ole ladys house tonight..and we made grilled fish tacos..it was a recipe i got off of here..mmm it was bad azz
