Tried to hit big lake yesterday morning and my motor didn't cooperate. Hooked up my aluminum boat and headed to rockafella this morning. The shrimping was on. Limit of shrimp in about 30 minutes all nice medium size. Didn't do any fishing the water was extremely muddy.

Jl I caught them at the concrete weir. The few people I talked to out there said they were running even better at the LSU weir.

Glad to see someone caught some big ones out there...all the one's I pull up are too small.

cool...thats where I usually go, just the last 3 times I went was a goose egg for the shrimp, caught some good crabs though couple reds too...
