HACKED -- did ya'll see that La sportsman was HACKED...???. I'm nervous to even look at the classified (it's working) I hope they work it out.... that can't be good

It has happend to them before.....they have 2 much spam on there classifieds!!!

i don't understand can someone please explain this in lamens terms. i look at the classifieds all the time overthere.

:spineyes::spineyes:it appeared to be their forum page that got hacked...had a skull and junk on it. it just didn't work..the classified was still up and running....

You shouldn't have many problems just browsing the classified adds. Just be careful clicking or following any links and be careful emailing somebody. A-lot of times they will provide a false email address so they can obtain a list of valid email addresses and either SPAM them or sale the list to a spammer. For dang sure don't email somebody that has a foreign email address they'll be something like this Someone@domain.cn or Someone@domain.de.

i dont hack just know a little about puters. ever looked at lsm reports and see a post with 5 or 6 thousand comments and all the same? that was me. havent done it there in forever cause i hate tt. thought about hacking it when tt p'ed me off but i didnt. its easy for anyone to play with that site because it really has crapy protection and tt himself wrote the scripts or so he says.

I received a PM from him also. Apparently James thought this was a "Phishing" site (A little computer and internet humor for you there).

yeah,I got one too,thought maybe he was trying to smoosh me over since I went off on the other post about our terrorist president. I noticed he had "banned" under his name.
