Dropped off my TM at DHP at 1:00 today for a new shaft and told it would be ready this week. Missed the call from them around 2:30 telling me it was ready. Love having a company exceed my expectations, thanks Damon!

That's the first positive thing I've ever heard on them. Personal experience included. He's turned his nose at people who have brought minn Kotas in that were not bought from him but needed warranty work. He's the only authorized minn Kota dealer around LC so he has you by the gonads if your minn Kota breaks under warranty. I even checked with minn Kota at one time into becoming an authorized rep when I really had the red azz with them. Also, I know that he uses used parts sometimes to repair things. Outboard motors included.
