I know only a couple of you guys on this board know me , but I am in a major bind.

My daughter totalled my truck today. My only transportation. I am in dire straits and only have about $600 dollars.

Does anyone have an old truck that they would part with for that amount or take that amount as a down payment? I know that is alot to ask, I am a Disabled Vet and get a monthly check from the VA that I could use as payment.

Any advise or help would be greatly appreciated.

I also have some items on the classified section that I would be very reasonable with in trade. I realize that not everyone can use 15,000 hooks or 1200 packs of plastics but I am in a real bind here.

I hope your covered insurance wise! I've got in wrecks and luckily got a check in two days from insurance co. what ever the situation, I hope for you the best.

My neighbor just sold a high mileage truck.......probably in your price range.

I'll keep an eye out. Check craiglist.com. On occasion, there is someone there that has a cheap one up for sale.

If it's an option you would or could consider, I have a friend that owns a finance company that may be able to help. I'm sure the rates would be less than favorable but sometimes, those groups find their niche. I've only got one for sale right now and I'm way too deep in it to let it go where you need to be. I will certainly keep an eye out for you though.

I wish I could, but recent divorce and credit makes it virtually impossible for me to finance anything. Not lookin for anything new , just decent to get around in. Would be nice to find someone that was interested in the fishing stuff i have , but no one seems to have the money or anything. Oh well, something will come a long. Ive been searchin the internet all day.
