Duck Hunt Exchange

Here is an idea so let me know what ya'll think about this. Many of us on here have our own duck and or goose blinds. Many of us hunt public land like Lacassine or Sabine. Why don't we get with one another and swap out hunts in our blinds or with those who hunt public land? I know I like to hunt different areas rather than my same blind all year long. Many times we can't find hunting buddies who can get off in the middle of the week but many of us here can do that. I will be the first to offer to trade out a hunt in my blind south of Vinton in the big marsh south of the Intercoastal.

Let's see what goes?

Only thing i can offer is a limit of wood ducks.

Im in a rotational lease with blinds in a few areas. not really sure how good the hunting will be yet because its the first year, but they are in areas that should produce and they look good so hopefully they will. That being said i would be happy to swap a hunt with someone once i see how they produce. Once the second split comes i will be on break from school so i can hunt any day of the week

I hunt Sabine and Lacassine Refuge when I don't have an invite to hunt somewhere else. My refuge hunting buddy and I are retired so we mostly go on Wednesday and Thursdays. I can't imagine too many folks with leases who would want to swap a hunt from their blind for a hunt squatting down in the refuge marsh grass. Refuge hunting is tough and you never know when some one is going to move in on you.

And that's no bull. Ain't nuttin comfortable about squatting in the saw grass and mud and waking up at like 2am.

Cool, let me know when you have an opening.
I'm not a great shot but I am very safe.

I hunt the spillway in the Morgan City area. I would trade for a marsh hunt
