We have one off of S. Texas in 10K feet of water.
Subsea trees and seperators have to be able to hold the water pressure out of the equipment instead of holding the oil and gas pressure in.
Gas and liquid will be separated at the seafloor and gas compressed, oil pumped to the surface for dehydrating and shipping.
Great White/Perdido is the project name.

Normally you can get up to 50% of the oil and gas out of a deepwater reservoir. But with water flood and gas lift, you can get more.
