Where can I catch some crabs! (westside) no boat!
 

Ok in laws and wife want to go catch some crabs. Live in LC and I want to be able to catch a few good size crabs. Anyone no were I can go, we do not have a boat.

On hwy 27 past hackberry.

Hog Island Gully area is still closed, so may have to go on down south to the West Cove boat launch. There are some spots along Hwy 27 [be sure to park "off the Hwy"] but you may do better going to WC boat launch.

Buy borrow or steal a boat. The weirs r doing great for crabs all day

Lil Triton alium boat? they were tide up when I passed today about 4 ish

They wuz HOT! Looked like two Bull Dogs and bet they have AKC registration.

Mr. Gerald and Yakomo, Raymond and I drove past Hog Island today and there were folks everywhere, North line area was open too. Crabs must be biting, people were shoulder to shoulder on the piers at Hog Island.

Blue Crab is another good one to try.

I thought I stayed home today........did I have a good time??????

Hog Island area was close 2 weeks ago......must have just opened it up.
