Windy day reds

1 Attachment(s)
Left the landing at the Point around 12:30 yesterday for an afternoon trip. The wind was ripping so we headed to the pass. Found a dropoff but only managed to catch some hardheads and gafftops. Headed to the bank to get out of the wind and caught 7 reds trolling the banks for a couple of hours. All but one were caught on Tsunami and Storm swimbaits. Got tired of losing shrimp and catching catfish with them so we switched to plastics. The young ones enjoyed the trip and the rougher the ride the more excited they get!

Back pain

Know what you mean...have been having lower back stiffness and some pain for the last few years, mainly from sitting too much I think. Don't know how much longer I'll be willing to pound the waves either! Certainly helps to be standing while underway.:D
