Surfside Surf
 

Hit the surf this mornin w/ Paw in Law next to Surfside Jetty and Access 3. We proceeded to catch a few using tops and tails. I was using a chrome chartreuse Chug Bug. Switched to Deadly Dudley jr. pearl/chartreuse tail later in the mornin and ended up the mornin using live shrimp. Paw in Law used the live shrimp the whole time.
We each ended up w/ 8 keepers
(15 1/2 - 20 inches) apiece w/ plenty dinks. Also caught a nice Spanish mac, Sand Trout and a couple big whiting/channel mullet. Also caught the largest ladyfish (poor man's Tarpon) I've ever seen on a live shrimp. Awesome Fight!
Good to get out and get on a few.

Sounds like a good trip. Better hurry up & get in all the trips you can before School & ball cranks up wide open!

U know it!! I'm hoping to go again next week. We start school a little later than they do in BR.
