art help needed "or pict resizeing"
 

i have this photo or what ever it might be and i need it to be made to size --1mb -- not sure what this means but if someone could help it would greatly apreciated.

how the heck did i get this on here twice, how do i get bruce he might be able to help me totally in what i want to do.
what i want is for this to be a back ground of some sort then over the top of that i want my logo so that i can have decals made for boats and trucks do you think he could help me on this quest? i believe it would look awesome with my logo on a white decal perhaps let the letters be a strong red that way i can use the decal everywhere.

That pic is already well under 1MB, Billy. What exactly are you trying to do?

I believe he wants to increase the size of the pic...making it larger...you lose detail or heavy pixelation when increasing the size...
