nope my coworker is headed there this weekend...

No fishing, just party party party.

Were were planning on going until I say the band lineup, hard to believe they wanted to raise alot of money and that is the best bands they could come up with. Who wants to see Leann Rymes. Bring in Nickel Beer, Jamie Bergeron, Wayne Toupps, Sammy Kershaw, Travis Matte, John Conlee then they would have something.

I wouldnt mind seeing her...not the show though... really just on my D

Nice. That's all the Tarpon Rodeo is anyway. One big party! More people go down there to party than fish anyway. Big Daddy's is gonna be poppin!

There are about 2,000 girls that hot or hotter for the regular tarpon rodeo and they would actually give it up. That place turns into a freak show:smokin:. I have a feeling this event will be a bust.

Most of the people we know already rented out their camps to BP and contractors.
They are crying now cause they want a place to stay for the party.
But they are making boucoup $$$ for the rent money.
There will be a lot of contractors. Prolly look like Bourbon St. after Katrina, minus
the wetbacks.

That's the reason i won't be there. No where to stay. Every one i know has rented out to the deep pockets.
I just hope these folks are getting paid every month. cause at the end there won't be any money to pay em.

did you read where it says no ice chests, no bevrages, no food, no bicycles, no ect. ect. yeah its definitly gonna be a bust. what a joke. if they would have tried a little bit harder they could have really made it awesome.

My buddy just finished their new camp last year and they are charging a killing to rent it out. They have been down there are week fishing and found a small place to rent b/c they did not want to kick the contractors out that are renting their place. HE sent me a text yesterday that said "We are hammering the trout and it is very Dark down here".

Brother in law didn't rent out his. We are going there tonight for the weekend.
I am fishing, I don't care about the party, it is on the opposite side of the island.
I don't want to have to park and walk a mile to the party.
Wife and her sister are going to listen to the music. Hope they get a good parking spot.
Brother in law's friend rented out his camp, but he has an empty lot with camper hook up on it.
He will be staying there in his camper.
