I had my parents with me so I went to a reef were I had caught good fish during the week and fished bait. Needless to say we did not catch a single trout. It's not often we all get to fish together so it did not bother me to bad that the fish did not show up. The company more than made up for it.

We will be fishing it..

Chaz, the turnout at the shootout was very good! Lot of people at the weigh-in.

jsmoke222000 06-08-2010 09:36 AM

What time does it start & end? There isn't any tournament information posted on www.lakeareaymbc.com ? I'm guessing they will update their site some time soon.

LaAngler 06-08-2010 11:25 AM

2 PM weigh in

One big change this year, there will be no mandatory meeting the evening before the tournament. Participants will need to print and sign their name on the portion of the entry form that is kept and this must be presented when weighing a fish. We hope that this change in format is more accommodating to the fisherman.

I just called. It starts @ 5:30AM & weigh-in closes @ 2PM

You have to show up for 3 of their meeting before becoming official member. They meet on average about twice a month.

Do you have to be a member of YMBC to join tournament or is it open to the public?
