Default Vermilion Bay 01-31-2015

The conditions weren't perfect with the cold weather and a strong East wind blowing but my son and I were able to find some reds hanging out on a ledge in deep water. Action was fast and we had a rare problem of struggling to catch our limit because the fish we were catching were oversized. We caught a total of 18 nice reds and one blue cat. My boy had a great day catching most of the fish.

Thank you Sir. I think he caught the fishing fever because he wanted to go back yesterday in the rain and later when I went in his room he was in there rigging up poles for the next trip and watching a fishing show.
