Or maybe he did it to piss-off some on this site!! All these locations that are listed in the MAG I think are common knowledge to most on this and other sites. I really do not see somone that fishes the East coming down to Big Lake becasue of the MAG article. Also, if you buy a HOOK-IN-LINK map it gives you even more locations. To me, if you get pissed get pissed at the POES!!!!!

I'm headed to the store to buy it right now & see what this is all about. The Poes are good folks & good guides. Not sure what that check looked like though.

What is the point about griping about it - this isn't going to stop. Mags and Map co's are still going to keep publishing articles/maps on hot-spots - heck, someone even posted a google earth link if you dig hard enough for it. I have only been fishing big lake for a whopping 6 months and have already been able to locate several "unmarked" reefs. Regardless of someone posting spots, it still takes some skill to get out and catch your limit.

Get out and enjoy yourself - life's too short to worry about all the other nonsense.

Ive seen several boats come into a hole and not know how to fish it, they scratch there heads when im slinging big trout in there face. Let em hate just dont run your outboard threw the hole thats what your troling motor is for..

well said Mako.......internet has been a terrible tool of the fisherman. Most just want to get on and brag on how well they did. Then they get mad at all the people in their spot. Funny standards!!!

Funny thing is I thought the main reason for starting this site was because LSM did give any love to the West side (Big Lake) in their MAG. I guess now they are giving too much love to the West side!
