Black Panthers in Banker!! The Land owner where i deer hunt said when they were cutting his cane last week they flushed one out! Told me to be safe and on the lookout! The Farmer is a customer of mine. I stopped by his house yesterday, and he bust out laughin when i told him that.

Nobody thought there were cougars in Louisiana till last year when fish and wildlife confirmed it.

Thinking they aren't any cougars in LA is one thing. Believing in a completely mythical animal is another.

They had another one on tv 10 lafayette this week. Wlf brought a life size cut out of one and compared it to the pic turned out to be a house cat.

2 years ago we had a member of our club in Dry Creek with a picture of a cougar on his trail cam. LDWF came out and went through a long process to verify the pic. At the time he was told that it was only the third confirmed siting in the state.
