I really don't understand some people

Personalty, IMHO Pits should be in Zoo's only .

If you view these stats correctly, there is a much smaller gap between labs and pits. There are many many more lab owners than pit owners. Something like the population of labs over pits is 80% labs vs 15% pits. So 15% of the dog population is committing 99% of the dog related fatalities.
