So you haven't been fighting against trip tail or the 15 trout limit ?
Those stupid laws are based in as much science as cannabis prohibition.

There's a key difference between advocating that a law be changed (which I have done) and advocating that a law be ignored (which you erroneously claimed that I have done.)

Louisiana law requires that wildlife and fisheries be managed with the best available science.

There is no general requirement for other laws to be grounded in science.

So you agree pot laws are not based in science ?

I have in the past posted much scientific support for marijuana laws.

My point above was that while the LWF Commission is required by Louisiana law to base regulations in the best available science, the Louisiana Legislature is not under any similar burden when it exercises its Constitutional power to pass drug laws.

I would hope most citizens whose minds are not impaired by drug abuse can distinguish between scientific support for a law being unnecessary and scientific support for a law being unavailable.

Real sad example of people on here.

Dent in moms car , broken lamp glass.

The lack of respect for others. And the lack of shame as this sight is seen internationally .

Man it's no wonder people are not driven to do bad things by the evil non Christian behavior here.

Evil people here bent on distruction and promotion of social decent.

I apologize to those reading this thread who are in forien countries fighting for people's rights. I am embarised for you having the association of living in this area.

Not every one you meet face to face from here act or say the things you read here. It's just the idea they don't have to give there real names. This sight does not require proof of identity so they hide behind that.

And for those who continue to trash threads a new law suit in cort now will provide presidente for salty Cajun to provide identity in cases like this one.

When they can be sued they will act very different . That I promis.

you have to be christian to act right? maybe that is more of a problem.... you should act right because youre a human, not cause youre afraid of something.

even more sad for your ability to put words together correctly.
i understand that there is a slim chance that youre just trying to act cajun or something by typing like that but you should at least speak right when trying to get your temper across.

Why do you keep switching back and for between proper spelling and grammar and talking like an illiterate coonazz? Because the connazz thing is getting old. Just talk normal dude, like the post i just quoted. It's too hard to read the other jibberish.

Our founding fathers agreed that forcing citizens to be unarmed was more dangerous, which is why the US Constitution and Louisiana Constitution both recognize the right to keep and bear arms.

If the Constitution had guaranteed the right to own and use marijuana, I would oppose the passing of laws that infringed on that.

Finally, you are being dishonest to say "we shoot guns like crazy." Many family members are enthusiastic shooters, but far from shooting "guns like crazy" we are absolutely dogmatic about gun safety.

All family members who shoot participate regularly in both safety and marksmanship training. We obey all the gun safety rules. The informal shooting ranges on our properties have carefully constructed backstops, carefully considered and approved safe shooting directions, noise abatement improvements, and limited shooting hours to minimize potential disturbance to others in the neighborhood.

It is unfortunate (and suggests an agenda to restrict RKBA) that you portray safe and legal use of firearms as "crazy."
