Kids don't want to work or earn nothing !!
Some do get an upbringing like peddlers kids but most are lost in lack of earning it I don't ever want to depend on 1 penny from the Goverment ever !! I can make a living using my hands if need be !!

When I was was growing up I didn't even know that it was an option. I truly thought you were obligated by law to have a job. Like some of you have already stated, it's all about how you were raised.

amen to that.....I take one annually to stay employed, subject to random testing at any time, and at time have to take a drug test to gain access to client work location... and I earn my check..

I was really surprised when Rita blew threw S.W. Louisiana how many of the hardworking ,independent don't ever want nothing from the gooberment types were in line for ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING they could get free..... Like disaster food stamps, red cross money, fema money, road home, mre's, you name it, if it was free they wanted it whether they even needed it or not.

Simple, they don't have the greatest motivator of all time.....hunger. As long as we enable their behavior, which we won't, it will continue getting worse and then most people will be dependent on the govt for their care and they will be owned and America will be over. We're almost there. I hate to sound so pessimistic but after Tuesday nights Sotu address...boys we're in trouble...

soooo There I was last night at 630p at the quick care with my son (he ended up having the flu) Im all signed in, theres an elderly couple in already there, and thats all. The elderly couple gets called back, so its just us waiting.
In bust some extremely loud *** kids yelling and screaming like they were raising in the jungle........... So while the LARGE female democrap is still filling out her welfare paper work, they call her and her offspring to come back, all along Im thinking here I am paying for my sons visit, as well this sorry ***'s doctors visit and they call her back while I have been waiting 20 mins with my sick son. I piped up and said "HEY! excuse me but we have been sitting here waiting to see the Dr for 20 mins, this person just walks in, isn't even finished with her paper work and gets called before us, whats up with that? whos in charge here I want to talk to them!" The nurse closes the door, and comes back in less then a minute and calls us back.................. Its coming, and not soon enough!! |

I know plenty of Democrats that go to work everyday and have all of their life. Not sure where you get your information from.

Back in the Reagan era, my mom once found herself unemployed due to catastrophic events at her place of work. Having paid into the system for many years, she began to talk about applying for the applicable government handouts.
My brothers and I would hear nothing of this, even though we were in college and my mom's contributions were an important part of our support. We encouraged my mom to move to Baton Rouge and share an apartment with us to reduce costs while she looked for a job. It was a humbling and inconvenient experience for everyone, but she eventually found work and had a productive and rewarding career in a new field until she retired. |
