Yeah, I wasn't too worried about it being venomous. I almost just stomped him out but decided to be nice.

It's called a Dekay's snake. google it. It's in the brown snake family, prolly cause you brown yur drawers when you find it. Startling to find them in the flower beds around the house, but they are harmless.

Yeh def not a garter snake. I have one that I caught 2 years ago that I still have today. My daughter wouldn't let me let it go. Pretty cool little guy. Like to watch him eat goldfish.

full grown. little brown snake- official name. harmless. google it.

its an eastern worm snake, we grew calling them ground rattlers, NOT poisonous and harmless
