what's the difference in a fatboy w/ a red 1/2 circle behind the eye and one w/o....is one a floater and one more of a sinker?

The 1st sets of pics he posted of brian and this fella gave the location away. I've never seen so many boats or waders in this area at this time of year. Really no secret but pressure has definitely gone up in this area
