Me in the winter would be a good gumbo. Summer, a nice fat ribeye marinated all day then thrown on the coals with some grill portabello mushrooms, and some red wine.

Anything gumbo in the winter months. During the summer a well aged ribeye hits the spot!

Tumbleweed, I hate to hear it but, have to ask. How did you lose your sense of smell and taste? That's some terrible senses to lose! I just finished working with a man that had lost his sense of smell but it was due to being shot while being car-jacked.

Bacterial Meningitis, I had a case of it a while back. Suffered some brain damaga and that was one of the things damaged. 2 Nuerologists and 3 ENT's all seem to think I will never get it back. It is hard to deal with that is why I went to 5 different doctors. I had written a cookbook and was working on another one. I was at one time a chef, I went to the CIA in California. Really sucks. Now everything tastes the same, like nothing at all.
