The cops are the experts on the current criminal trends. If they have determined that a “high capacity” semiautomatic pistol and a .223 semiautomatic rifle with 30-round magazines are the best firearms for them to use to protect people like me and my family, they are obviously the best things for us to use to protect ourselves and our families .

Guys, thanks so much for all the contributions! I cannot begin to tell you what this does for me and my faith in people! I am at a loss for words, my eyes watering. You guys remind me that there are great people in a less than great world! Hopefully and, surely, this unfortunate lady will be reminded of the same.
I will be stopping in at Gold and Guns in the coming week to show the owner this thread and the total amount raised for her due to his greed. While it may have zero effect on his practices, he will at least know that there are a whole lot of people out there that are ten times the man he is and that all of these great people are onto his scandalous ways. Again, thank you, each and every one of you! For those who weren't here in the beginning of this thread, there was a $50 contribution made by a person who isn't around here anymore. So, add that on to the total for anyone who is counting! Thanks to all of you again! My hat is off to you! You guys are the reason we still live in the greatest land in the world!
