My wife was freaked out when she read the side effects of Ambien. People take that ****, go to sleep, and wake up the next day with no memory of killing the neighbors with an axe the night before!!!

Have you ever tried the sinus wash? You can buy the bottle and salt solution packets at a drug store, non prescription. You use a cup of warm water and one of the salt packets dissolved in the water. Fill the bottle and squeeze into your nose. It flushes out a lot of the irritants and build up. It sounds a lot worse than it is.
