Walley World Glad you stuck to your guns!!! Another thing they like to do is close the drawer before you get cash back. The cashier then tells you to wait until she checks out the customer behind you with 2 baskets full so she can open the drawer again.---- you stand there and say 'NO that's not acceptable' and demand a floor manager which is always on break somewhere to open the drawer and get your cash back.

It could have been avoided if the cashier had not been distracted -bull sheeting with someone in the next checkout.

Bottom line---I avoid the place until off peak hours or weekend afternoon.

This actually happened to my wife before. She payed with a debit card and pressed no for cash back. She looked at the receipt and saw the $20 and asked the cashier about it and she said I'm sorry. I didn't even notice it. She asked to see the manager and she told my wife that since the $20 is right above NO it is often accidently pushed if you use your finger. You should always use the stylus.
